Larger condominium corporations with an on-site caretaker would also benefit from the services we provide.

We handle all the day to day administration (phone calls from owners, depositing condominium fees, paying bills, etc).

We send letters on behalf of the corporation for bylaw violations, condo fee collections or other matters.

We provide monthly financial statements to the Board of Directors and several other services detailed under Company Services.
